My name is Norm and this is my seventh year on Cyber Blue. Both of my sons have been on the team. I mentor on the manufacturing team and help maintain the shop tools when they get out of adjustment. It is gratifying sharing my knowledge with the students on the team and teaching them how to do different things with tools. My hope is that what has been shared with these students will someday help them in the future.
