IndyRAGE A Success!

Cyber Blue hosted an All Girls Robotics competition on October 3rd at Perry Meridian High School. The event was a huge success. There were fourteen teams in attendance from Wisconsin and  Illinois as well as Indiana. The Girls played Recycle Rush with a few adjustments. Due to the small number of Teams, alliances were made up of two Teams instead of three and playoffs were done by blind draw.  All drivers, operators, human players, and drive coaches had to be all female.

The competition was put on hold at lunch time and the Girls attended a forum with a panel of female engineers. Katie Widen, Kathy Elliott, Janet Skoog, and Kelsey Draus answered the Girls questions about being a female engineer.
